Securitas is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our Global Proposal Operations team, focusing on North American RFx opportunities.

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process for North American bids.
• Collaborate with the North American Bid Team to develop proposal strategies.
• Customize proposal content to meet client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with RFx requirements and legal standards.
• Develop and maintain bid schedules with clear milestones.
• Conduct reviews with the US bid team for proposal quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in bid management or proposal coordination.
• Strong understanding of the RFP/RFI process.
• Experience managing complex proposals in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in proposal management software and document management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven.
