HR Business Process Officer – Europe (Maternity Cover, 8 Month FTC) - Remote

Overview

This role strengthens the HR capability supporting the Technology division across Europe. It delivers people-focused support throughout the employee lifecycle while shaping effective HR processes, enabling key projects, and contributing to the success of our transformation programmes.

In Short

• Fully remote position with occasional travel across Europe.
• 8-month Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover.
• Partner with divisional leaders and HR colleagues to align people initiatives.
• Enhance team wellbeing, engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Lead or support HR Business Process Owner (BPO) activities.
• Contribute to ERP/HRIS implementation activities.
• Work across multiple European geographies.
• Build strong cross-border relationships.
• Provide insights from HR data for decision making.
• Support the onboarding process and day-to-day HR activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience working across multiple European countries.
• Strong HR systems proficiency (HRMS/HRIS).
• Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
• Desirable experience with HR system implementations.
