Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Market Research Consultant to help us better understand trends in our industry and competitors. Your insights will directly influence our product strategy and business growth.

In Short

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and key opportunities.
• Analyze competitors, including pricing models, features, and marketing strategies.
• Identify and manage third party research organizations to do specialized research.
• Gather data from various sources (surveys, reports, competitor websites, etc.).
• Summarize findings in clear and actionable reports or presentations.
• 40-hour/week contract role for at least 6 months.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience in cybersecurity SaaS solutions preferred.
• Ability to present findings in a structured and visually appealing format.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of research experience.
• Proven experience in market research in the SaaS industry.
• Experience with research tools, data collection, and competitive analysis.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS and/or security software industries.
• Strategic thinker with a revenue-driven mindset.
