Overview

This position is eligible for hybrid-remote work following an initial training/onboarding period that will require an onsite presence. As a Fiscal Analyst 1 (Budget Analyst) in Salem, Oregon, you will serve as a budget analyst for ODFW, coordinating the budget process and providing guidance on budget issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Three years of relevant experience in budgetary support activities.
  • Experience with cost allocation principles.
  • Familiarity with Oregon's budget process and systems.
  • Ability to project impacts on revenue and expenditures.
  • Experience with budgeting for grants and federal matching funds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, OBIEE, SFMS, ORBITS/ORPICS, Workday reports, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
