SAP IS-U Application Manager (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are a medium-sized IT consulting and development company with 27 employees, a subsidiary of BTC AG, operating in the energy market since 1999.

In Short

• You are a competent contact person for our customers in the core processes of the energy industry.
• You ensure the smooth operation of the supported SAP solutions and selected subsystems as part of 2nd and 3rd level support while adhering to service processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
• You take on tasks for technical and specialized monitoring and initiate improvement measures.
• You analyze the business processes of our customers with the aim of optimizing their applications.
• You support the improvement of our internal workflows and processes.

Requirements

• Completed studies or training with a focus on IT or the energy industry.
• Process knowledge in at least one of the following energy industry areas: commercial processes, technical processes, or market communication.
• Willingness for continuous development in a dynamic environment of energy supply.
• In-depth knowledge of customer processes and market roles and their implementation in the IT landscape, especially in SAP systems.
• Knowledge in customizing SAP systems is desirable.
• Industry experience in the energy sector and routine in dealing with ticket systems.
• Willingness to take on service hours and fluent German language skills.
