Overview

The Clinical Specialist II provides clinical, technical and product knowledge support to existing and potential customers, building relationships and delivering training to ensure effective use of navigation technologies in surgical settings.

In Short

  • Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons and OR personnel.
  • Educate and train hospital staff on navigation technologies.
  • Manage designated accounts within specified territory.
  • Develop training resources for hospital staff.
  • Analyze and resolve product-related issues.
  • Lead evaluations, labs, and installations.
  • Support sales efforts by leveraging clinical expertise.
  • Travel throughout the United States as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive products.
  • Provide customer support and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in medical device/navigation.
  • Experience in MRI & CT, intra-operative imaging.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel and flexible schedule.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in a hospital or OR setting.
