Overview

The Project Officer will manage the operations and experience of Local Pathways Fellows, focusing on fellow engagement, general administration, and processes within the Local Pathways Fellowship team.

• Manage the peer-to-peer network operations for Local Pathways Fellows.
• Work closely with Project Lead to understand fellows' needs.
• Enable tools for effective peer-to-peer engagements.
• Execute program operations and manage queries.
• Maintain online platforms and databases.
• Optimize the application and onboarding processes.
• Communicate effectively across time zones.
• Participate in team meetings and report back consistently.
• Support the mission of sustainable development.
• Engage with stakeholders from various sectors.

Requirements

• Knowledge/interest in urban planning or related fields.
• Experience in managing operations or membership.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven communication skills in a networked environment.
• Must be aged between 18-30.
