This position involves providing individual online coaching for people transitioning in their careers, focusing on job market orientation and application processes.

In Short

Conduct individual 1:1 online coaching sessions.
Support clients in navigating the German job market.
Analyze strengths and competencies to enhance career perspectives.
Assist in the application process including resume optimization and interview training.

Requirements

Completed coaching training or degree in coaching, pedagogy, or psychology.
Experience in career orientation, integration work, or job coaching.
German language proficiency at least B2 level.
English language skills are a plus.
Proficient with digital tools, structured and independent work style.
Empathy and intercultural competence.
