• Creation of articles and texts for our website on real estate valuation and related services.
• Review, correction, and ongoing updating of our specialized articles and thematic content.
• Independent research of interesting and relevant topics.
• Presentation and coordination of new topics in management meetings.
• Content coordination with experts from our company.

Requirements

• Very good expertise in real estate valuation.
• Ideally, practical experience in appraisal, tax consulting, auditing, valuation, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of terms like ImmoWertV, Fair Value, market value, and tax valuation issues.
• Knowledge in optimizing texts and content for search engines (Google, etc.).
• Ability to present complex issues clearly in writing.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Independent and reliable working style.
