Salesforce Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the overall system configuration and enhancements of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and security, and providing production support for data issues and configurations.

In Short

• Maintain overall system configuration and enhancements
• Maintain Salesforce process, policies, application configuration, and documentation
• Manage instances to ensure data integrity and security
• Assist mass data import/export
• Provide production support for data issues and Configurations
• Troubleshoot production issues and requests related to data and configuration
• Salesforce org health checks, backup and sandbox management
• Manage permissions/profile/Page layouts etc.

Requirements

• Salesforce platform knowledge
• Experience in Salesforce Administration
• Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices
• Experience of working on Technical support
• Basic understanding of Apex, Java
• Experience of working on services cloud/sales cloud, Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of ways of integration
• Experience with data loader/workbench etc.
