Overview

As a Junior CRM Manager at Scalable Capital, you will set up and optimize CRM campaigns to enhance customer communication and engagement.

In Short

• Set up CRM campaigns including emails and app push notifications.
• Create and adapt CRM journeys, run tests and analyze results.
• Contribute to the development of the CRM channel for various products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams.
• Pay attention to detail in content creation and design.
• Show analytical mindset and work with large data sets.
• Measure and report on performance of communication channels.

Requirements

• Strong interest in CRM; experience in finance or e-commerce is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Hands-on mentality with pragmatic solutions to challenges.
• Proficient in CRM systems and email marketing tools; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
• High affinity for data and able to derive actions from metrics.
• Initial experience with HTML and SQL; knowledge of AMPscript is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
