Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior CRM Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving CRM campaigns that engage and retain players through multiple channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and optimization.

Requirements

• 1+ year of CRM experience, preferably in iGaming or consumer industries.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Optimove or Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of communication channels.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and retention KPIs.
• Ability to work with player behavior data and metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns.
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
• English proficiency (B1-B2).
