Requirements

• A university degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification.
• Previous experience as a backend developer (Java, Kotlin).
• Understanding of software development processes and distributed architectures.
• Passion for team development and technical excellence.
• Strong analytical thinking in technical and product domains.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Background in financial services is a strong plus.
