Outreach Specialist - Community Growth (German C1) - Remote

Overview

This position is for a German-speaking Outreach Specialist focused on community growth, initially fully remote with the potential for hybrid work in Pristina.

In Short

• Support community building by recruiting new members and event participants.
• Send pre-formulated invitation messages via LinkedIn and email.
• Manage LinkedIn and email inboxes, responding to messages using templates.
• Identify and engage with individuals interacting with LinkedIn content.
• Maintain and update the community database (CRM).
• Communicate with community hosts regarding tasks and follow-ups.
• Ensure reliable and error-free operational execution.
• Work efficiently, sending up to 150 messages per hour.
• Respond to messages promptly and professionally.
• Be available during core working hours from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative roles such as sales assistant or support staff.
• Fluent in German and English at C1 level.
• Proactive and reliable with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working under guidance.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Suitable remote workspace with fast internet.
• Willing to travel for company meetings occasionally.
