The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating with recruitment teams, and managing the recruitment process to ensure effective hiring.

• Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional recruitment channels.

• Administer tests and conduct interviews (both face-to-face and remote).

• Schedule assessments with candidates and recruitment officers.
• Maintain candidate interest and commitment throughout the screening process.
• Ensure recruitment targets and metrics are met.
• Assist with recruitment-related projects and submit reports.

Requirements

• Graduate of a 4-year course.
• 2-3 years of experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in strategic sourcing through non-traditional channels.
• Strong background in candidate management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and high accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
