Integration Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Integration Engineer to lead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products. You’ll manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure a smooth, successful deployment.

In Short

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process
• Own public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documents
• Analyze clients' requirements and design solutions
• Manage implementation projects and monitor quality
• Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an implementation manager or similar role
• 1+ years of B2B SaaS experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Experience with APIs and web development
