• Drive the transformation of the learning area and develop scalable concepts for future market requirements.
• Collaborate closely with department heads in Learning & Development, Digital Solutions, and Operations.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify optimization potentials, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Integrate new technologies and trends to position the company as an innovation leader.
• Negotiate with partners, service providers, and clients to expand strategic collaborations.
• Play a central role in pitches, presenting innovative learning strategies and convincing clients with tailored solutions.
• Advise management on strategic issues and provide impulses for the company's further development.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a leadership position focusing on corporate learning, business strategies, or digital transformation.
• Proven successes in optimizing corporate processes and strategically developing learning solutions for clients.
• Deep understanding of modern learning technologies, platforms, and didactic approaches.
• Experience in leading and developing teams and collaborating with management and stakeholders.
• Strategic and analytical skills for the further development of sustainable learning structures and innovative solutions.
• Innovative thinking and entrepreneurial mindset to identify and develop new business areas.
• Excellent communication skills and consulting competence at the C-level.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
