Overview

Taulia is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and collaborative Senior CloudOps Engineer to join the CloudOps team, working with cutting edge technology to scale our platform worldwide.

In Short

Work closely with engineering teams to identify service needs and design solutions.
Lead initiatives with service owners to define SLOs and build SLIs.
Implement and enforce security best practices.
Reduce Operational Toil and maintain high automation.
Understand Taulia-SAP products for timely resolution of production incidents.
Develop and advocate for CI/CD best practices.
Participate in 24/7 on-call and incident management.

Requirements

10+ years of experience with enterprise SaaS on cloud platforms.
Expertise in managing container based microservices.
Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems.
7+ years of experience with public cloud.
Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python).
Experience with code repository management.
Hands-on IaC experience with Terraform, Helm.
5+ years of experience with Observability tools.
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in 24/7 on-call rotation.
