Senior CRM Analyst - Remote

Overview

This is a 100% remote position for people located in Brazil. We are looking for a Senior CRM Analyst to develop and execute advanced CRM strategies, focusing on customer lifecycle management, retention, and revenue growth. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive business impact.

In Short

• Lead the design and implementation of multichannel CRM strategies, including automated and ad-hoc journeys;
• Develop and optimize communication flows to enhance customer engagement and retention;
• Conduct advanced A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance;
• Analyze CRM metrics and business results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals;
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors;
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth;
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in CRM strategies.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, or similar);
• Expertise in customer lifecycle management and multichannel strategies;
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Metabase, or similar);
• Strong experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques;
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
• Advanced degree or certifications in CRM, digital marketing, or data analysis are a plus.
