This role is for a BIM Modeler to support ongoing and upcoming architectural projects, focusing on creating and maintaining 3D architectural BIM models while collaborating with architects and consultants.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Revit with an architectural modeling focus.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and clash detection.
• Exposure to Dynamo, Twinmotion, or similar tools is a plus.
• Comfortable in a production-heavy, architecture-led environment.
• Able to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Detail-oriented and execution-focused.
