BIM Modeler - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our growing team. This role requires advanced proficiency in Revit (with the Fabrication add-on), Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. You will be responsible for producing high-quality shop drawings for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

In Short

• Create and manage detailed BIM models using Revit with Fabrication tools.
• Convert engineering drawings into fabrication-ready shop drawings.
• Collaborate with VDC engineers, BIM managers, and project stakeholders.
• Participate in coordination meetings and perform real-time model updates.
• Identify and resolve clashes, ensuring model constructability.
• Produce and review 2D plan views and 3D isometric drawings.
• Manage and upload project files using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
• Proficient in Revit (Fabrication add-on), Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• In-depth understanding of mechanical, plumbing, and duct systems.
• Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in construction, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
