In Short

Responsible for designing power architecture of a SoC meeting power/performance requirements by analyzing power budgets, selecting proper power management techniques.
Work closely with other SoC architects, design engineers, and layout engineers to integrate power-aware design considerations into overall SoC architecture.
Monitor and drive activities to keep SoC power within budget throughout the development cycle.

Requirements

BE (MS or Ph.D preferred) in Electronics Engineering with 15+ years of working experiences in relevant fields.
Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and power management techniques.
Expert level knowledge and experience in power management techniques like clock gating, voltage scaling, power gating, and Dynamic Voltage Frequency Scaling.
Experience with power analysis tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys PrimeTime-PX, and power simulation tools.
Good knowledge in physical design considerations for power delivery networks.
Experience in SoC architecture, logic design and implementation.
Self-motivated problem-solver with an ability to work well in a team.
