Autonomous Equipment Technician (AGV) - 2nd Shift - Remote

Overview

The Autonomous Equipment Technician is responsible for maintaining autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition through inspection, repair, and diagnostic processes.

In Short

• Maintain all autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicles and controls.
• Perform inspection, repair, and diagnostic tasks.
• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Document maintenance records in provided systems.
• Continuously learn new technical information and repair techniques.
• Support deployment and commissioning of AGV systems.
• Uphold daily housekeeping standards.
• Work collaboratively with leadership and team members.
• Fulfill all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED required; certification in Mechatronics or Automotive Technology preferred.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to evaluate and diagnose equipment issues.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment, including RFID tag readers and diagnostic tools.
• Forklift and Tugger certification.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on equipment uptime.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.
