In Short

Develop and implement changes that impact distribution quoting integration partners within our insurance products
Maintain and update distribution quoting integration partner carrier routing rules
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and workflows.
Manage and monitor integrations for operational health using various analytic platforms and identify potential areas for improvement
Support the onboarding of new distribution quoting integrations partners
Design, develop, and implement distribution quoting integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Actuarial, Computer science, or related field.
Applied knowledge of SQL/XML /JSON language stacks and API calls.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in creating functional documentation.
Knowledge of source control best practices
