This position plays a pivotal role in planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects utilizing Scrum Master techniques in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Completion of a four-year college degree +10 years of experience in an applicable field or completion of an advanced degree +5 years of related experience.
• Extensive experience in project management, particularly in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in running a Program with mixed development methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex information.
• Leadership capabilities to foster high-performance teams.
• Advanced risk management expertise.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
