Salesforce Administrator - Remote

Overview

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform to support our go to market teams.

In Short

• Administer and manage the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Develop and execute project plans for Salesforce-related initiatives, ensuring milestones are met.
• Ensure data integrity and maintenance within Salesforce, implementing data governance best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users, facilitating effective use of Salesforce tools and features.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices, recommending enhancements to maximize functionality.
• Assist in integrating Slack with Salesforce for improved team communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred).
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Slack and its integration capabilities is a plus.
• Passionate about our mission and our technology.
• Experience with G Suite, Office 360, Salesforce and Slack.
