Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging tools like Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems
• Ensure high-quality development through testing and best practices
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
• Participate in refining user stories, code reviews, perform unit testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce
• Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Document technical solutions and development work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components
• Experience with Salesforce configuration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
