Online Marketing Manager with Focus on Social Media & SEA - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a creative and structured personality who enjoys thinking about and implementing marketing holistically – from content to social media to funnels.

In Short

• Develop and optimize funnels and landing pages to convert prospects into qualified applicants.
• Create advertising texts and content that truly engage our target audience and prompt action.
• Plan, create, and publish social media content (e.g., posts, stories, creatives).
• Manage our in-house social media and that of our clients, ensuring a professional and consistent presence.
• Create appealing creatives (e.g., with Canva) for our marketing campaigns.
• Actively develop our product range to deliver maximum value to customers.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in the B2B sector.
• Strong experience in content creation: you have independently managed channels (Meta, LinkedIn) and know from experience what content works on which platform.
• Good knowledge of performance marketing (focus on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads is a plus).
• Very good skills in creating and an eye for appealing advertising images/creatives.
• Structured, independent working style: you can prioritize, organize yourself, and deliver results.
• Confident use of AI tools in everyday work (texts, research, evaluations).
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
