Overview

The Operations Research Scientist at Sabre will apply expert level statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analysis to optimize revenue performance and enhance customer experience within the airline industry.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Proven ability to apply modeling and analytical skills to real-world problems.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical concepts.
• Solid programming skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, TensorFlow, C++, R, or Java.
• Experience with deployment of machine learning models in cloud environments.
• Understanding of airline distribution, pricing, and revenue management concepts.
• Familiarity with customer choice models and market estimation.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD processes for ML models is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and enhance existing algorithms.
