Overview

We are hiring a Program Manager - Logistics Startups supporting startup operations for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

In Short

• Manage startup operations for logistics projects.
• Support medium to large-sized programs.
• Interact with customers and internal teams.
• Develop implementation strategies to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate multiple projects and teams.
• Monitor post-implementation standards.
• Travel required: 80-90%.
• Flexibility in shift/schedule needed.
• Annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
