In Short

• We’re looking for a Data Engineer to contribute to the ongoing development of RWWA’s data framework.
• Undertake data engineering development activities across various business services and applications.
• Work with key business stakeholders to understand and deliver data engineering outcomes.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives for high-quality data engineering work.
• Implement advanced data structures and models to surface data to users.
• Establish good practices in the development and deployment of ETL pipelines.
• Analyse and report findings using algorithms in standard software frameworks.
• Understand data governance principles and methodologies.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced analytical skills for developing data structures and models.
• Understanding of reporting tools like AWS, Snowflake, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of best practice data modelling and support methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and activities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
