We are seeking an experienced and talented AI Prompt Engineer to join our Ad Labs team at Ruby Labs. This full-time role is crucial for scaling our ad production using AI tools for video and image generation.

In Short

Oversee the use of AI tools to produce ad creatives.
Partner with the Ad Creative Director and creative teams.
Remain at the cutting edge of AI technology.
Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of AI-generated ads.
At least 1 year of experience in an AI-focused role.
Proficient with AI content generation tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Must submit a portfolio showcasing past projects.
Remote work environment with flexible hours.
