Field Marketing Manager - National Programs - Remote

Overview

Rubrik is looking for a results-driven and hands-on marketer who is responsible for developing and executing strategic, multi-channel marketing programs across AMER to drive pipeline and revenue growth. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, assisting with the success of marketing initiatives and events that scale across AMER + Canada region.

• Strategic planning of quarterly multi-channel campaigns aligning with revenue goals.
• Lead strategic marketing for overlay sales teams across AMER.
• Own pipeline goals and manage marketing and sales funnel.
• Oversee implementation of marketing activities nationwide.
• Manage ongoing project execution of campaigns and programs.
• Monitor and analyze performance of national campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Assist Marketing Operations with data entry and reporting.
• Conduct market research for new events and initiatives.
• Manage the marketing calendar for events and campaigns.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years’ marketing-related experience.
• Cyber-security experience is a great-to-have.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
• Superior command of written and spoken English.
• Highly reliable and accountable to achieve deadlines.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with event planning and execution.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel.
