Production Worker - 2nd Shift - Remote

Overview

The Production Worker will be responsible for the safe operation of production equipment and assist in various areas of the manufacturing process while adhering to safety protocols.

In Short

• Work on 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am, Monday to Friday.
• Assist in the manufacturing process including gathering and stacking fiberboard partitions.
• Ensure quality control of partitions being manufactured.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Use various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Meet plant goals and customer requirements.
• Adapt quickly to changes in the work environment.
• Demonstrate good attendance and reliability.
• Participate in training as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
• Proficient in using a tape measure.
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to count accurately.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to operate various tools including a broom, utility knife, and bundler machines.
• Must be able to lift bundles weighing 8-40 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and on Saturdays if required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
