Overview

We are seeking an innovative AI Legal Evaluator to help build and evaluate the legal quality of Rocket Lawyer AI solutions. This role requires legal and analytical expertise to optimize our AI-driven products.

• Knowledge of general legal principles within contract, employment, business, and family law.
• Willingness to learn about US legal principles and their application across different contexts.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail and advanced editing capabilities for legal documentation.
• Experience in drafting and customizing legal documents.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate AI responses and suggest corrective actions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• 1+ years working as a paralegal, legal researcher, or legal data analyst.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A master’s degree in a legal, data, or comparative field is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A basic understanding of project management and tools (e.g., Jira).
