Information Security Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Information Security Analyst is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of Roadie’s information systems, conducting audits for compliance, and assisting with helpdesk tickets related to information security.

• Conduct regular audits for HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance.
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Prepare documentation for audit processes and findings.
• Coordinate with external auditors.
• Identify and rectify compliance gaps.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and cybersecurity trends.
• Conduct training sessions on security protocols.
• Communicate security risks and strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in information security, including audit and compliance work.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, and compliance requirements.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC preferred.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and systems.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools.
• Experience with incident response methodology.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
