Overview

As a Technical Product Development Manager at Ro, you'll be instrumental in leading the technical development of new formulas across several categories, with a focus on compounding, ensuring quality products that meet or exceed industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of formulation experience in Food, Personal Care or Confectionary industries.
• Knowledge of compounding pharmacy guidelines preferred.
• Excellent project management and timeline management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
