In Short

• Responsible for the economic and realistic determination of costs based on designs, execution plans, specifications, and price lists for equipment, labor, and material costs.
• Review and evaluate tender documents.
• Responsible for managing and supporting the development and enforcement of additional claims together with the site managers.
• Preparation and participation in calculation closing discussions with department management.

Requirements

• Completed studies or training as a technician.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in cost estimation or over 5 years of experience as a site manager (with or without a degree).
• Knowledge in the application of iTwo or comparable programs.
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
• Experience in dealing with VOB.
