Technical Writer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team in support of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Service Management Platform (SMP) Support Services.

In Short

• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Teams to capture technical requirements.
• Support the creation of implementation strategies and technical documentation.
• Produce documentation for platform patches, upgrades, and updates.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing technical content within the ServiceNow platform.
• Work in a collaborative writing environment to produce high-quality documentation.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Technical Writing or related field, or 5+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow products and modules.
• Proven experience in collaborative writing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
