Overview

We are seeking experienced Freelance Recruiters specializing in iGaming to join our global network of talent acquisition partners. This is a commission-based opportunity offering substantial earning potential for high-performing recruiters who can deliver exceptional candidates in the competitive iGaming market.

• Source candidates for a wide range of vacancies, including marketing, and non-technical positions in the Asia region.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming recruitment.
• Proven track record of successful placements of Korean and Japanese candidates.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
