An international iGaming company specializing in identifying and fostering the growth of high-potential entertainment markets is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their team.

• Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Configure and manage tracking systems for affiliate platforms.
• Conduct negotiations and finalize agreements with affiliates.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
• Monitor affiliate activities for compliance and fraud.
• Ensure timely commission payouts to affiliates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in affiliate marketing (iGaming vertical).
• Proficiency in tracking systems and affiliate platforms.
• Understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Strong analytical skills for campaign performance.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
• Proven negotiation skills and partnership building.
• Experience in preventing fraudulent activities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
