Overview

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is a key member of the Risant Health Finance team, responsible for driving financial performance analysis and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum six years of FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership.
• Financial Planning and Analysis certification preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
