Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant at Ridgeline, you will enhance and expand the capabilities of our Salesforce product, partnering with solution architects and business stakeholders to lead technical design and system integrations.

In Short

• Lead solutioning and enhancement of existing Salesforce customizations.
• Collaborate with solution architects for scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize CRM processes based on business requirements.
• Support technical implementations across internal and customer projects.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Loader and Excel for data migration.
• Partner with integration teams for Ridgeline’s Integration Library.
• Drive technical documentation efforts.
• Guide clients through integration requirement gathering.
• Advocate for Ridgeline’s technology and integration strategy.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of sandbox provisioning and security models.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader and Excel.
• Experience with REST APIs for system integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong communication skills.
• Successful cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Comfort with cloud-based tools.
