Overview

The Associate Director of Patient Affairs will play a pivotal role in engaging and supporting rare disease communities by fostering meaningful relationships with patients, caregivers, advocacy organizations, and other stakeholders.

• Knowledge of rare disease engagement strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for patient-centered approaches.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to patient engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Willingness to travel (20-40%).
