Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable marketing automation leader with deep expertise in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce to help strengthen and scale a growing marketing operations function.

In Short

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to understand current priorities.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Pardot and Salesforce functionality.
  • Build and optimize Engagement Studio programs and automation rules.
  • Implement and refine lead scoring aligned to the go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with Salesforce stakeholders for effective workflows and routing logic.
  • Improve database health and marketing automation hygiene.
  • Evaluate website tracking and campaign attribution setup.
  • Recommend enhancements for usability and reporting.
  • Establish operational standards within Pardot.
  • Support reporting and insight generation across campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or automation.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce integration with marketing automation.
  • Success in building lead management processes in B2B environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting sync and tracking issues.
  • Understanding of database management and lifecycle operations.
  • Ability to convert priorities into fast execution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with tools like ZoomInfo and Google Tag Manager preferred.
  • Pardot and Salesforce certifications preferred.
