Overview

The Senior Technical Administrator / Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of Hexagon's SDx solution, ensuring systems align with client engineering standards and business processes.

In Short

• Act as the single point of contact and SME for the designated application.
• Install product software, hot fixes, and patches.
• Configure system standards including data classes and workflows.
• Manage user groups, profiles, and permissions.
• Perform system backups and database integrity checks.
• Configure data loading templates and validation rules.
• Develop and maintain interfaces with external business systems.
• Provide desk-side and remote support to end users.
• Lead scopes of work and coordinate with client stakeholders.
• Mentor client stakeholders to build capability in SDx.
