Staff Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Staff Engineer plays a critical role in shaping how Reveleer builds and scales its products. We are modernizing our stack, expanding distributed development, and increasing our focus on data and AI. This role provides the senior technical leadership and hands on execution needed to support the 2026 roadmap and beyond.

• Initiates and leads key projects that move the architecture and codebase forward.
• Ensures technical decisions align with the company’s roadmap.
• Designs, develops, and evolves core technical patterns for software development.

Requirements

• Deep experience as a hands-on staff level engineer in distributed systems.
• Strong background in cloud native engineering, preferably AWS/Azure.
• Experience with microservices and SaaS patterns.
• Experience with data and AI workloads, including ML or LLM integrations.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Ability to turn complex technical challenges into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
