We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support a growing finance and accounting team. This role is essential for maintaining financial accuracy, managing high-risk work orders, and ensuring timely processing of financial transactions.

In Short

• Full-Time position with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific time.
• Salary of $1,200 per month.
• Requires 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
• Exposure to property management or remote finance operations is preferred.
• Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and auditing financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors and utility providers for financial accuracy.
• Support monthly financial audits and reconciliations.
• Maintain established financial policies and procedures.
• Review and escalate high-risk work orders.
• Process security deposit refunds and manage company purchases.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
