Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager at Rev.io is responsible for accurately forecasting and driving projects to meet or beat the standard duration for a given client segment by continuously communicating and documenting deliverables, ownership, and deadlines to all stakeholders.

In Short

• Work with Client Project Team to drive project completion on time and within budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan with updates.
• Provide hands-on assistance in research and resolution of client training questions.
• Drive business improvements to the on-boarding and professional service processes.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Provide training and coaching for new Project Managers.

Requirements

• Very good educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering.
• Proven experience in project management in the IT sector.
• Solid technical background in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, ADO, and SharePoint.
• PMP certification is a plus.
