Designer / Video Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Designer with a strong video focus to develop visual social media content, primarily for TikTok, along with Instagram and LinkedIn.

In Short

• Responsible for the conception, design, and implementation of short-form video content (TikTok first).
• Develop visual social formats, moving image looks, and motion ideas.
• Edit, animate, and optimize videos for mobile feeds.
• Translate strategies and ideas into strong visual stories.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and clients.
• Observe trends, formats, and new creative tools.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a designer with a video focus (agency or brand).
• Strong understanding of TikTok aesthetics, timing, and storytelling.
• Proficient with common design and video tools.
• Interest in the automotive, energy, and technology sectors as well as digital communication issues.
• A true team player with initiative and a willingness to take on responsibility.
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of experimenting, iterating, and developing.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
